With over 25 years of experience in valuation and financial consulting, Travis joins Infinite Equity to further strengthen our valuation expertise and client service across various industries, with a notable focus on the technology sector.

Travis’s deep knowledge in business valuations, intangible assets, derivatives, and securities in complex capital structures aligns perfectly with Infinite Equity’s commitment to providing advanced, insightful advisory services. Throughout his distinguished career, he has led valuation projects for purposes including financial reporting, tax, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, IPO readiness, and capital budgeting.?

A nationally recognized leader in valuation, Travis frequently speaks at industry conferences and professional organizations, and has authored numerous articles for leading journals. He served on the AICPA Task Force that drafted the Practice Guide for Determining Fair Value of Portfolio Company Investments of Venture Capital and Private Equity Firms and Other Investment Companies. Additionally, he served as a Subject Matter Expert on the Appraisal Practices Board’s panel for Valuing Contingent Consideration and is currently contributing to the AICPA Task Force responsible for drafting and updating the Practice Guide for Valuation of Privately-Held-Company Equity Securities Issued as Compensation.
