Infinit Technology Solutions. What are we doing?

I hope this Monday finds you and your family well. In New York State, as many of you know, we are under a major lockdown. Sounds unreal to even say that, yet these are unprecedented times for all of us as we all decide what is essential business’ or who is an essential employee’

That being the case I want to explain what Infinit Technology Solutions is doing to both protect our employees and take care of our clients.

Following the governmental protocols, there are employees working remotely; their safety and well-being are of primary importance. Also of primary importance is continuing to provide over the top service to our clients.

To that end I would ask our existing clients, and those new to Infinit, to be patient. Like medical staff on the frontlines, our employees are critical to the care of our clients, often working through never seen before demands.

We are committed to listening and resolving problems while creating solutions on the fly. Many of our team are working tirelessly, nights and weekends, to provide relief and support.

Regardless of the situation we have not stopped work or put off a client in order to provide quotes; we have just done the work. We know timing is critical for our clients, and we know that they recognize there will be a cost associated with many of our efforts. However, I believe this is not the time to delay work while waiting for a financial decision.

We will do what is right to get everyone through this. We will track our work and invoice fairly. We will reward our employees for their efforts and work to maintain their salaries.

This is the time when we must all come together, in the truest sense of partnership, and in doing so move forward one step, one day, at a time.
