Personal ChatBot-Avatars. - AI May Blur the True Ownership of Your Identity

The most prominent commercial AI is known as a ChatBot and 'Avatars' can be the 'Image' of a ChatBot (when such a GUI is needed). When combined together, they become a Persona of sorts.
Initially, ChatBots have been the tool of business. However just as with other tools that started that way, ChatBots will be increasingly available to the general public as well, but perhaps in a new form, geared for an individual's use.
What would we do with our own personal AI-enabled ChatBot-Avatar ?
Lots. Tons. Lets just say, almost everything.
Imagine first programming your personal ChatBot with all of your personal preferences; Including your own legal policies for privacy.
Imagine eventually adding to that your Financial information & Photos.
What can an AI-enabled personal ChatBot do with all this personal information ? Answer: IT can become YOU.
From that point in time onwards, WHO will really be in control of your personal information? Is it still you, or is it the AI-Avatar who really has the ownership ?
Combined with AI-enabled Graphics, your Scanned IDs and Video manipulation, there are simply no limits to the possible application of an AI-enabled ChatBot-Avatar. Even governments will have an extremely difficult time determining WHO they are dealing with, unless each legal interchange becomes mandated as being flesh-to-flesh.
It can shop for you (with minimal input). It can negotiate on your behalf to reduce prices or even your loan payments and it could also talk to customer service people/bots about any problem you have with a service of any kind. Where allowed, It could even talk to other ChatBots as your 'legal Avatar'.
IF the laws in your State/Province/Oblast allow it. So I can imagine governments are going to have their hands full trying to set limits and guidelines for the appropriate use of such personal ChatBot-Avatars.
And until such laws are laid, its going to be the 'wild west' all over again; Lawlessness outpacing what is reasonable for the law to do.
ChatBots negotiating with ChatBots, armed with almost unlimited personal information, all in the name of our convenience.
An AI-enabled ChatBot-Avatar can even do at least some of your job (within the email, or even the video-chat portion of your work) and alert you only when your warm-blooded personal input is needed.
If you've ever wondered how the eventual rise of global AI will get ahold of your personal information, look no further than the info you will be programming into your own, personal, AI-enabled ChatBot-Avatar.
Then we will truly be able to say 'we did it to ourselves'. - NOT that your own ChatBot-Avatar will turn against you, but more likely a criminal's ChatBot will be engineered to extract (fool) your ChatBot-Avatar into giving up personal information (or even control of the ChatBot itself).
Your future personal ChatBot-Avatar can be na?ve (if you let it be).
However I also see this threat as an opportunity to get back to basics. Because with such an incentive, We can begin to see the clear advantage of face-to-face, warm-blooded in-person verification. As it may soon become the only way to conduct any type of secure business.
I can think of no better reason to promote autonomous taxis (flying as well as driving) in order to meet the future demand for moving to and from in-person meetings. - A renaissance of Human-Human interchange ?
So ChatBot-Avatars will on the one hand, make us less Human. On the other hand, the risks may actually drive us towards becoming more Human.
Whether that Human-O-Meter's gage settles up or down, is unknown.
