Challenge 1: How we can securily authenticate the AWS CLI

Solution -->: Ansible Tower gives the credential tab in which you can write credential, Your credential will encrypt your teammates and anybody can't see, don't need to write any authentication code in the playbook.

Challenge 2: You need timer type scaling

Solution -->: Ansible Tower also give the facility in which time you want to scale
