This month we caught up with?@aleksandracannock interior designer, architect, and founder of TAK- a boutique architecture and interior design studio.?We spoke with Aleks about the Scandinavian influence on her work, how her architectural?training informs her practice, the impact of AI, and what trends and colours she's seeing more of this year.?

"So far, I haven't seen AI have the taste that a human designer can. It can do a room in the style of Oscar Niemeyer with the colouring from Luis Barragan, right? It can do that, but it doesn't mean that it's going to be the best layout. And it doesn't mean that it's going to be suitable for the people who live there."
