From the?website of WPC, we can see that the emerging HI wireless charging standard covers Ki Cordless?Kitchen, Light Electric Vehicles, and Industrial.
The Ki standard for cordless?kitchens allows users to redefine food preparation, cooking and cleaning in wireless kitchens; the development of standard for light electric vehicles makes it easier to wirelessly charge electric bicycles, scooters and other light electric vehicles anywhere; in industry and manufacturing, to provide wireless power to robots and other electrical devices.
From the current industry research theories of all parties, the HI standard will have greater market potential than the QI wireless charging standard. The field?of wireless charging will be upgraded?from?consumer?electronics to the industrial, and the larger development core in the future will gradually transfer to the industrial application.
