We are delighted to announce our newest team member, Rishi Loungani , who joined?Raines after five years with Korn Ferry in its Civil Aviation and Industrial Practices. A Senior Vice President based in Miami, Rishi focuses on Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense assignments.

WHAT WE ARE SEEING??

In 2024, we saw a increase in organizations hiring their first Chief Revenue Officer to help drive cross-selling initiatives and salesforce effectiveness across the company. Additionally, we are still seeing an?increase in hiring for Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Product Management), in contrast with 2023 and Q1 2024's emphasis on Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations roles.?

In 2024, 100% of our Industrial placements in public companies required relocation compared with only 30% of our Private Equity placements.
