Industrial IoT Solution for Smart Wearable Helmets

Ensuring the workplace safety of frontline workers is critical across industries like construction, manufacturing, industrial, automotive, energy, telecom etc. Leveraging the latest cutting-edge technologies like IoT, our US based Client aims to enhance workers safety through its smart wearable helmets integrated with sensors, calling, SOS and connectivity features. These devices monitor health, environmental conditions, and equipment status by collecting real time data enabling predictive maintenance and efficient decision-making on the shop floor.

As part of this innovative project, Truminds is involved in the Development, Monitoring & Advanced Support Services. We built the firmware features for real-time data collection and analytics to identify the risks early and also, adopted Agile and CI/CD processes to ensure regular updates and rapid issue resolution. Integrating automatic alert systems that can trigger safety protocols immediately after detecting potential hazards is one of the exceptional features that we were successful in delivering it.

We have also successfully developed end-to-end test automation to enhance coverage and boost product reliability, conducted load curve testing using JMeter to minimize detection latency, ensuring immediate responses. This involved continuous testing to guarantee reliable activation of critical safety features. To review the product performance, track safety incidents, and guide continuous improvement, we leveraged our digital expertise and implemented real-time data analytics to derive meaningful results. As part of Monitoring & Advanced Support (24x7 NOC/ TAC), we have established a 24x7 Global NOC (Network Operations Center) for real-time monitoring and advanced Level 1/ Level 2 support, ensuring resolution of incidents as per the SLAs. Truminds has successfully helped the client with continuous monitoring, proactive management, technical support and automation of the complete IoT solution.

Leveraging Truminds Digital expertise, we have enabled the client with increased Time to Market (TTM) by 30% and enhanced 40% operational efficiency.
