High pressure Bulldogs
enz? high-pressure Bulldogs (HD line) are perfect for high-performance cleaning of the insides of pipes, at pressures up to 1000?bar. These nozzles feature a constant rotational speed and a slick Tier-3-technology combo: sapphire inserts with flow limiter, an intelligently designed water chamber, and a water brake. This design enables ultimate performance during scale removal, surface preparation, and cleaning. A sealed speed governor means no daily oiling is necessary. This feature also prevents the bearings from running beyond their rated speed. To top it all off, it’s easy to swap out the head on our high-pressure Bulldogs.
Bulldog 37HD set
The Bulldog 37HD set (US), with an application range of 40?– 100?mm, is now available. This set comes with one Bulldog 37HD and two interchangeable heads (1x KBR/universal head and 1x Unplugger). Choose from M24x1.5 and 1/2” NPT connections.
Bulldog 130HD
The new Bulldog 130HD (US) is designed for pipe diameters of 140?– 300?mm. It comes with the RGS, KBR/universal, or Unplugger head. We offer the Bulldog 130HD with M24x1.5 and 1/2” NPT connections.

enz? nozzle inserts
Ceramic nozzle inserts (round or fan jet)
These stainless steel ceramic inserts stand out from the competition thanks to a very compact and aggressive water jet. The integrated flow straightener ensures a concentrated and powerful water jet. The service life of a JetMax? ceramic insert is considerably longer than that of hardened steel nozzles or drilled inserts. Ceramic inserts are particularly suitable for use with recycled water.
Steel nozzle inserts
Our steel inserts (US) are far superior to our competitors’ products. They are characterized by an excellent price/performance ratio and are more rugged than sapphire inserts, although their service life is shorter. Unlike JetMax? ceramic inserts, they are not suitable for use with recycled water. They are mainly used?– just as we recommend?– in water jet technology, particularly in applications with clean water.
One place steel inserts are used is in our URX nozzles (US), within the highest pressure range.
Sapphire inserts with and without flow straightener
These stainless steel sapphire inserts (US) outperform our competitor products. They’re more powerful than inserts made of other materials such as ceramic or steel, which is due to a very compact and aggressive water jet. The integrated flow straightener ensures a concentrated and powerful water jet. The service life of a sapphire insert is considerably longer than that of hardened steel nozzles or other drilled inserts. Sapphire inserts are primarily used in clean water blasting technology. We recommend only using fresh water when working with sapphire inserts. These are available with or without a flow straightener and can be used at pressures up to 3000?bar.
We use the sapphire inserts without a flow straightener for the UC13 nozzle (US) (up to 3000?bar). Sapphire inserts are used with multiple products and are the standard inserts for our Bulldog 130HD (US).
Images of the test results show quite clearly the difference between the enz? JetMax? ceramic inserts (ceramic insert) and the sapphire inserts (both with flow straightener).
We look forward to helping you continue completing your cleaning projects safely and reliably with our new products and innovations.
Best regards,
