Inductive Loop broken? TSC blind? No problem: ADEC TDD1-PIR30

You probably know the situation: The traffic lights' timing is not running optimally because one of the induction loops broke at the worst possible time. Making matters worse, repair is out of the question for another two months... the traffic signal controller is blind in one eye.

No problem: the TDD1-PIR can provide a quick and simple solution: With a lane-selective detection area of just 4 x 0.7 m (1? x 20 ft.) length x width, the digital output remains active while vehicles are passing through the detection zone:

The output changes to inactive a couple of seconds after the last vehicle has passed, or when vehicles come to a complete halt inside the detection zone.

The installation only requires an aid for precise alignment, the connection is made via pre-tinned contacts at the end of the connection cable.

This installation is very simple and straightforward, requiring only an Alignment Help. The pre-soldered ends of the connection cable carry power (<60mW) and the output.
