Buda Bright Residential Park has reached its highest point and is structurally complete!
In October, our company held a celebration in honor of Buda Bright Residential Park, which is part of our residential property portfolio, reaching its highest point of 33.1 meters.
In 2021, our company launched its largest residential project in the 3rd district of Budapest. With over 14,000 square meters of living space, the residential complex will have 317 modern, panoramic apartments in three buildings by the end of next year. The construction of the residential complex started in March last year, and following the original schedule, the building’s structure was completed in just a period of eight months.
Through our own-development residential projects, we have expanded our core activities – investment management and commercial property management – to the residential real estate market. Thus, the significant potential of residential projects allows us to further leverage and exploit our experience gained in the real estate market.

Don't judge at first sight! – Joining forces for children growing up in state care
Since 2021, for the initiation of SOS Children's Villages, the 7th of October is dedicated to children living in public care. This year, our company also joined forces with SOS Children's Villages Foundation and other companies to raise awareness of the issues and problems affecting children living and growing up in public care and also to break down the stereotypes that society tends to link to them.
There are currently nearly 23,000 children in state care in Hungary and a further 140,000 minors at risk of being removed from their families at any time. Most of the children concerned come into state care because of prolonged abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, addiction, or chronic illness of their parents. Yet in many cases, society still blames them for their difficult situation.
According to a recent survey of SOS Children's Villages, organized in the realm of the awareness campaign, 7% of those surveyed believe that it is the child's fault that they are in state care, and almost 14% would not support their child living with someone who grew up in public care. ?
As one of Hungary's leading real estate companies, by joining the campaign, we want to give greater visibility to SOS Children's Villages awareness campaign and help to alleviate society’s damaging stereotypes about children in care.
