While we tend to focus on the upstream links in the aquaculture supply chain, I really enjoyed?Asep Bulkini’s insights into how a simple product diversification?– filleting – appears to be creating a new market for catfish in Indonesia. I’m a huge supporter of farmer-led innovation and hope that the father and son team of Haji and Fuad – as well as the country’s wider catfish sector – all stand to benefit in the years ahead.
