Recently, Indo Count Industries Limited revealed that its US-based subsidiary had finalized the acquisition of the renowned global home textile brand Wamsutta from Beyond Inc. for USD 10.25 million in cash. This acquisition, which encompasses the brand's trademark rights, was executed by Indo Count Global Inc. on April 18, 2024.
