A well-doctored approach may never be as good and effective once execution time arrives.
The progression from where you are to where you want to go is never a straight line. It is never the same when the start to do something for your health has to be taken head-on.
Success stories and scientifically proven methods inundate the web. Follow this, and the results will appear in record time. Crafted diets and training exercises in specific orders tend to rule the socials these days, even with more determination.?
How many actually make screenshots or save these practices in search of their Holy Grail to get leaner, fitter, and look the bomb in the end? Countless? It may be a source of inspiration, but we all know these images and saves are forgotten when crunch time arrives. Or they are not completed because our lives do continue at a pace and with some priority.
We shove off the idea; it takes up space on our mobile and waits for the moment something new appears in our feed.?
It is one of the main reasons why I do not do group classes or sessions with more than one person. The broader perspective is that all this is great. However, it is not tailored to the individual needs. You are not that well-ripped guy in sponsored shorts or that lady, effortlessly showing how to shove in 45 minutes of daily hard-core HIIT training, specifically boosting your ovaries and firming that butt.?
The human genome does not work like that. As much as we are not able to distinguish Siamese Twins (and they, too, have their preferences and characteristics), so do the practices one thinks we can consistently do by default from the socials.?
Because you are not them.

Imagine what is happening behind the screens of these well-trained ladies and gentlemen. What did they sacrifice? Where did they need to focus on more as part of their blind spots? How is their family life organised, and a wake-up call at 5 am is a must to achieve their bodily ideals? What are their trade-offs? What they value as a person is a non-negotiable?
The principles are well documented. The foundations of what makes one healthier are solidified and make sense when going deeper into the science. The same goes for building a house; it first requires a solid foundation based on where you want to set up your dwelling. The rest of the construction above the ground is tailored to the needs of the owner. You may not like it, but someone else is in love with the colour, layout, number of rooms and balconies.
Nutrition and movement. Sleep and recovery. Your non-negotiables. All this has an individual component to it, too.

Success can be mastered once it is tailored to your life, your needs, and sustainably laying out your consistent choices for the years to come.
