IndiNatus India Private Limited one of the fastest Indian CCTV brands is seeking a qualified and experienced Government Business Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of CCTV Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) solutions, we are dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art surveillance technology to government agencies. Position: Government Business Manager - CCTV OEM

Location: New Delhi, Corporate Office

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand IndiNatus CCTV business within the government sector.
  • Identify and target potential government clients, including law enforcement agencies, defense, railways, airports, municipal corporations, transportation departments, and other relevant government bodies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the government sector.
  • Understand the specific needs and requirements of government clients and tailor our CCTV OEM solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the government sector.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to government clients, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our CCTV OEM products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyses sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized product demonstrations and presentations to government clients.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and tenders in response to government procurement opportunities in coordination with SI partner.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and procurement procedures.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives set by the organization.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • BE/B. Tech, Masters in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, particularly within the government sector.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the CCTV industry, OEM solutions, and government procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
