Greetings to my Relatives
"A time is coming when we will be brought together, we will come from all directions and gather to have ceremony, pray, drum, sing and dance for the healing of our Sacred Mother Earth. I have had many discussions with my spiritual teachers, my elders and my knowledge keepers about prophecies and what is to come, the cleansing; the purification.??
Sickness has impacted our people, our land, our water, our plants, and our animals and comes in many forms; the tmix is suffering and needs prayers, and the people are suffering and need prayers. We have been kept apart and many have felt alone or lonely, now is the time to bring our spirits together and create an energy that benefits all, especially our Sacred Mother Earth".

Executive Director
On behalf of Roxanne Lindley Chief Midegah Ogichidaa, HIM. Queen Dr. Uba Iwunwa SKH Chris W. Gro?fürst von Kerry, FCIML, ECH, FIBSE, AMB., JP and the Executive Board of the organization of the Global Indigenous Gathering Festival, I am glad to invite my friends, colleagues, contacts and the LinkedIn community to support and be part of this amazing and timely indigenous and tribal cultural festival taking place in Germany during the Summer of 2023.
The Global Indigenous Gathering brings wisdom, ceremonies, dancing, drumming and other cultural indigenous and tribal activities, inviting, with open arms, everybody not only to attend but to be part of amazing cultural events that will make us part of a much-needed change in our lives and towards hope, tolerance, and to the protection of our natural resources.?
From many countries around the world, we are bringing indigenous and tribal wisdom, their closeness to Mother Earth and nature, and their knowledge of the ancient cultures and understanding of true connection with our ancestors, the spirits and the stars.
We will have a fantastic opportunity to experience first-hand storytelling, ancient rituals, dancing, drumming and other incredible cultural knowledge from many indigenous leaders and shamans. We will learn and grow individually and collectively.
"We are people of the heart, equality sharing the sacred drum in our chest, equally living on this beautiful blue, green, brown, rainbow-coloured miracle that we call home amidst the darkness. Furthermore, we are taught that Kindness is the Power in Peace, and we are to think, speak and act with wisdom, respect, humility, honesty, truth, courage and love, the seven grandfather teachings given to all humans for a good life on this Earth.?It is time for us to unite in peace for those 7 generations from now who look back on us as their grandfathers and grandmothers, let them do this with pride and love in their hearts and not hate and disappointment at our failure to heal humanity and save the Earth".

“We must understand the impact of culture and ways culture weaves into the collective consciousness and fabric of every Nation. I strongly believe that the exchange of cultures through music, writing and performing arts opens the gateway to a deep understanding of each other’s souls which yields respect for human dignity, a person’s right to individuality, collective respect for humanity and human rights for all especially, the generation of the youth inheriting the world in front of them”.?
Why does this festival matter?
Our global community, including governments, the private sector, and communities from all over the world are sharing a common concern
A very urgent concern.
Our survival as humans, and to commit ourselves to be better to each other and to the planet we live in. This is not a utopia, it is something real where we all feel the time is just now to do it.
Global pandemics, wars, conflicts, climate crises including heat and severe drought, and so many other challenges are bringing humankind to look deeper into our Sacred Mother Earth, and what can we do to make heal it and heal ourselves.

We all need a feeling of global stability and a collective sense that all will be ok.?We are facing the consequences of natural and man-made events. Regardless of political, religious, ethnic and geographical differences, we are all here together.?

"We are multicultural and multi-ethnic, we are indigenous and non-indigenous, and we are brothers and sisters working together to bring the most beautiful and meaningful indigenous festival to the world"
