India's renewable energy capacity has increased tenfold in the last decade, with the country planning to generate 450 GW of renewable energy by 2030. Morrison acknowledged that there can be no solution to climate challenges without India being central to it, calling for closer collaboration between India and Australia to drive sustainable growth.

US Sustainability Study Shows That Half of the Consumers Switch to Sustainable Food and Grocery Brands

A recent study conducted in the US by GlobeScan and BBMG found that 50% of consumers are switching to #sustainable food and grocery brands due to growing concerns about the #environment and the impact of climate change. The study also found that the majority of consumers are willing to pay more for products that are sustainably produced, with 57% of respondents stating that they are willing to pay an additional 5% or more for sustainable products.

Moreover, the study also revealed that #consumers are becoming more aware of the sustainability credentials of brands, with 81% of respondents stating that they research products before purchasing to ensure they align with their values. The study highlights the increasing importance of sustainability in the consumer landscape, and the need for brands to prioritize sustainability in their business strategies to remain competitive.
