Many in India not aware that BBMPH Buildstone produced an innovative steam cured, carbonised, steel reinforced (optional) wall panels with exceptional quality in mechanical strength and aesthetic appearance which no body can match at present with the following salient points

SURFACE PANELS :

5mm thick fiber cement panels / marble look mineral board with two layers of FRP mats and non woven cloths reinforced and very smooth surface suitable for both indoor and outdoor purpose without plastering.

CORE :

Fiber cement core with glass fiber and PP fibers with selected additives and admixtures.

SIZES :

2440 X 610 / 3000 X 610 mm thickness varying 60-75-90-100-120-150-180mm

SPECIAL CHARCTERISTICS :

• 14 Hours steam cured ready for installation within a week. Fast delivery production capacity 190 panels / shift (2 shifts /day)
• Carbonated to improve the strength more than 20% of normal products.
• Steel reinforcement for outer walls of the buildings 150mm and more thickness

Inner Walls - 100mm for all

• Fire rating - 2-4 Hours depends on thickness
• Energy efficient - Thermal Conductivity 0.127 w/mk against 1.0 w/mk brick walls.

We undertake exclusive supply of marble look mineral surface panels fire rating (2800 degree celsius) on both sides, or one side mineral board other side fiber cement board with little cost extra.

For more economical application we can also supply steel reinforced steam cured ALC Panels without surface panels. carbonated in the following sizes 50-65-80-90-110-140-170mm thick width 610mm length 2440-3000mm. Plastering /Putty 5mm thick on both sides required. For customer's specific requirements, we can supply single piece lengths between 2440-3000 mm, so that they can avoid joints with single piece without wastage.
