Another Indian shot dead.
Let's think of a hypothetical scenario if every Indian origin evacuates US and come back to INDIA, what would possibly happen a detailed Impact analysis.
In short Term
For Low-Mid Wage Based Companies (US Based) (Those Who Can't Afford More): By the time companies find an alternative with same expertise locally, they will either be in deep shit or lose more in terms of trust which will reflect in their Stock Prices.
For Low-Mid Wage Based Companies (Companies Listed In India) (Those Who Can't Afford More): Loss will occur for the money they earned by billing Indians against dollars and paying peanuts back.
High Paying Companies (US Based): They don't get directly affected since expertise can be bought from those paying less. The Hiring process will take a while but will settle soon.
Summary: This means a short term crisis to Indian economy due to surge in jobless count. A long term crisis to Indian Business which operates on outsourcing from US and a long term good for native Americans, a neutral impact for US based businesses combining short + Long Term.
In Long Term:
This is rather a suggestion on what should be done since I don't want to be Judgmental on Long Term Impacts.
India should treat everyone as assets returning to their company. One small step to reorganize education to current standards and educating every Indian on their own capability will radically alleviate the above mentioned problems. This means Indian startup ecosystem will flourish than ever before with the skills acquired from top Institutes by growing startups and foreign Investments.
The butterfly effect of above implies a boon in Indian economy since the actual brainy layer who were in high paying jobs is returning to India. Despite the fact we don't have the infrastructure like a Silicon Valley to make huge money, Indians have always found their ways around.
