Indian Retailers Unfazed by E-Commerce, Study Finds

Most Indian retailers are not concerned about e-commerce disrupting their business, a recent study by NeoGrowth has found.

Only 18% of retailers said online retail hurt sales, while 82% said they faced no challenges from e-commerce. Some even reported increased sales.

Consumer durables and electronics, food and beverage, and lifestyle and fashion are the sectors least vulnerable to e-commerce, the study also found.
