Indian Dosas with Black Forest Blend? and Jasmine Blend

Similar in appearance to crepes, dosas are made with rice and black grams (a type of Indian bean). Soaked and then ground, these ingredients form a batter which is used to make pancake-like wraps. Served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, dosas are traditionally paired with sambar (a lentil-based stew), potatoes, and various types of chutney.
