My view on Article - India 'Seas’ a water crisis solution

Planting Trees & Forest conversation is the Priority solutions along with Solar & RE Sources. Also considering Salt desalination where it completely necessary & it should be feasible financially. In point of view of Environment Protection & Infrastructure Development, There has to be "Development Blueprint & Guidelines" must be ready first. There has to be "Environment Protection Budget", Environment ministry must be in central position of all Environment Related Issues & Solution, so we need to reorganise department accordingly under Environment Ministry.
Citizen must take broader participation & responsibility to protect our environment.
Though We are doing better & best possible for India with "Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas" Government & Strong leadership government.We have to work on ground realities, Self image promotion is necessary But that should be in Controlled manner. there is something lacking. There is Gap need to fulfill. For this corporate willingness is also important.
In my view, Startup are better doing responsibility than Government. Startups & corporate has to come forward to Save Environment, which already doing, so There has to take Idea Competition, year around, in order to do that Government must empower these in decentralized manner.
Ultimately Citizens Participation is necessary while Come to Environment Because , ultimately it effect them most.
