India needs to restructure it's higher educational universities

India needs to restructure its education universities. India is already the country with the largest number of young workforce. Indian Railways is the largest employer in the world. An Emerging nation like India faces multiple threats from venomous countries like China and Pakistan.?

Both China and Pakistan are known to inflict serious damage upon Indian territories. While the Xi Jinping-led Chinese Government has cut-off ties with powerful nations like the USA, it aims to engulf Taiwan. Pakistan is sinking into its own laid debt trap. Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan is the center of attention amid rising oil prices and growing uncertainties.

India is beginning to advance at its own level. Widespread violence and hatred between different political entities have always been a cause of concern for a victorious nation.?

Even the general public is affected by these insignificant fights and issues among major political organizations. In today’s context, West Bengal’s CM Mamta Banerjee also commonly referred to as “Didi” is escalating tensions. Recent explosions in firecracker factories in the Bengal state have claimed as many as 100 lives in the recent few weeks.?

The event was of importance to BJP as it emphasized integrating a Sengol (taken from Tamil Nadu) into the newly inaugurated building in Delhi. The Sengol signaled the transfer of power from British to India in 1947.?Amid rising tensions in the West over the war between Russia and Ukraine, India is looking to balance things off by staying under the radar and implementing schemes normally. New Projects are being launched almost every month in different cities of the country.?

Setting up foreign entities in India in various different places will also boost employment and career opportunities for the unemployed youth.

India has a population of 1.4 billion people and it is only expected to grow in the coming years. On the ground, a lot of heinous crimes like murder and rape are unreported and hidden from the general public. However, the most notable aspect which is being continuously monitored by the Indian Government is Education.?

Every year, lakhs of engineering aspirants appear in the JEE-Mains exam to get into prestigious IITs. IITs in India can only accommodate as many as 17,000 candidates every year. The same situation is being witnessed in the medical sector. Lakhs of candidates aspiring to become future doctors by studying/practicing MBBS appear in the NEET-UG examination. The exams for various posts might be held twice in a year but the seats to be filled are altogether the same.

In the recent few years( 2016-2023), the number of aspiring candidates in almost every field has increased rapidly as opposed to the number of vacancies reserved. This has given rise to huge unemployment problems.?

The unorganized sector in India roughly employs over 70% of the population, and which majority of the Indian Public is engaged in agriculture. While big cities offer competitive salary advantages and better perks, the cost of living in these spacious yet compact cities is often too high.

Although we can witness students rising above and tackling all obstacles to achieve their goals almost every year, it’s imperative to address the challenges faced by the Education Sector. Engineering alone continues to attract many students.?

The quality of education is below average. Employers have often told this openly that they can’t find the right talent and they are ready to pick up just anything. The education sets the stage for the individual but the right skills will make a candidate prepared to rise to the top and get acknowledged by senior members of the established firms.?

The number of students aspiring to make their career in the armed forces continues to decline sharply after the introduction of new rules and regulations. The government is considering different strategies to enhance productivity and provide equal employment opportunities to everyone.

Apart from the quality of teaching, the number of higher educational institutions in the country being set up also needs to improve. It won’t happen within a day or two. Collective efforts are required to yield fruitful results.?

The hard-working and deserving students still continue to outshine and perform efficiently by clearing intense exams like UPSC CSE. In the recently declared UPSC CSE 2022 results, 4 girls have topped the exam. This shows the resilience and willpower shown by the Female Candidates. Women officers are also being inducted into the Indian Armed Forces.?

The Indian Government wants to conduct Republic Day Parade 2024 by Indian Female Soldiers only. These moves indicate that the country is leveraging women's power to reach newer heights in every domain.

Indian Economy has withstood the challenges and conquered all obstacles effectively. Going forward, issues such as climate change, green energy, rising population, and rising expenses must be tackled conveniently. The most important factor to be considered is to peacefully talk down important events and situations and engage in meaningful conversations. Political ideologies should not overrule the country’s integrity and safety. Countless countries in the world follow a single religion/ideology/philosophy but India follows almost everyone and everything.?

Internal issues must be carefully approached and all communities must be given the right to practice their activities peacefully and rightfully.

The recently Released Movie “The Kerala Story” has evoked different reactions from different citizens and places. In places like the UK, it was banned. While these things are known to almost everyone, senior government officials want to exercise caution and due diligence while dealing with internal matters.?

According to senior functionaries, it’s best not to indulge in these events. The Supreme Court cannot ban or forcefully apply its righteousness over artists, producers, and directors.
