Skills Announcement: LinkedIn remains committed to helping professionals reskill and upskill.
Last year, Microsoft and LinkedIn noticed a potentially growing skills gap, and pledged to be part of the solution. Today, we’re excited to share that helped over 30 million people in 249 countries and territories gain access to digital skills, of which close to 3 million are from India. This tops its initial goal of 25 million last June.
This year, we want to help more people understand, develop, and connect their skills into opportunity. We will be providing new resources from LinkedIn, GitHub, and Microsoft that will seek to help everyone — young learners, jobseekers, members, employers, governments — move to a skills-based future.
