The choice to have no entrance exams was a very important decision for us, for we value and recognise the potential in each of our children. This is also why we offer additional learning needs (ALN) tests and supports as we do not want any of our current or future children limited, we want them to ‘be the best they can be’.

2. Small classes

Studies have found that children in smaller class sizes of around 13-17 students typically achieve higher grades than those in larger classes. Our classroom sizes at Kings Monkton School do not exceed over eighteen pupils, and this ensures that our children have quality one-to-one time with their teachers.
