Incubeta UK Welcomes Sally Laycock as New UK CEO, as Luke Judge steps down

After a total of 12 years with Incubeta, I’ve taken the difficult decision to step down from my role as CEO of Incubeta UK and US, and will be leaving Incubeta to find my next adventure.  

I am immensely proud and delighted to hand over the UK baton to my long-time colleague and friend, Sally Laycock, who becomes CEO of Incubeta UK from today. 

Please join me in congratulating (and connecting with) Sally on her new role, and in giving her your utmost support as she leads the UK business into a new chapter. She will be working closing alongside John Cawdery who joined last September as CEO of Incubeta US. Both Sally and John now sit on the Global Incubeta steering committee, reporting directly to the new Global CEO, Lars Lehne. 

The continued success of Incubeta UK and US is in safe hands with them. 

I look back upon the last 5 years in particular since returning to Incubeta with deep pride for what we have achieved together. Taking the UK business from 45 people in a single London office, to more than 250 people across 6 locations in the UK and US, it has been an amazing adventure in itself.

I want to say a heartfelt Thank You to all of the colleagues across the world at Incubeta over the years. I have learned so much by working with you all, and I leave as a better person because of you. Collectively we have achieved so much, for hundreds of brilliant clients, and we’ve had a lot of fun building lasting friendships along the way.

I’ll be rooting for your ongoing success collectively, individually, professionally and personally. 

Thank you to all of the Clients who have entrusted their business with Incubeta. I wish you all the best of ongoing success in the years ahead. I wish I could list you all, but that wouldn’t be smart.  

Thank you to all of the Partners who have helped us to build a robust business and deliver outstanding services for our clients. Everyone we work with at Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Bluestripe, HSBC, Awin, Rakuten, CJ, Impact, and many others, we couldn’t have achieved our success without your support. 

On a personal note, there are some people who have in different ways supported me along the way, and to whom I am truly grateful. At risk of missing anyone, I would like to especially thank - Mike Pegg, Mary Keane Dawson, Dori Stein, Ron Wagner, Darren Kramer, Andrew French, Simon Bird, Lewis Lenssen, and Chris Wilson, 

And finally thank you to Laura and my family for all your support during this journey. 

I look forward to connecting again as my personal journey continues, albeit in a new direction.
