After 2 hours it can be seen that the temperature Tc has stabilized at 62°C

with a room temperature Ta of 21°C.

The nominal Tc with which the CXA3050 is characterized is from 85°C to 1.4A, in this case we have a Tc of 62°C at an ambient temperature Ta of 21°C, the endurance testsare performed at Ta 35°C that is to say that if it is projected at 35°C of Ta,

the temperature Tc that we will have would be 73.8°C, this temperature is very far from the maximum recommended by the manufacturer of Tc 105°C.
