Snowmobile accident, lower leg was impaled by tree branch. The first picture is after 4 weeks of care in a wound care clinic, wound measurements are 2.7 cm wide x 4 cm deep, no improvement. Next picture is from week 6 of care after two applications of XCelliStem. Last picture is week 7 on discharge.
