Incredible Night at Westminster Celebrating the Soldiering On Awards Finalists #SOA2020

Not enough words to express the incredible buzz last night to celebrate and bring together all the Soldiering On finalists at the House of Lords. This photo is one of my favourites as it amplifies the sense of belonging and how people champion people. The Military do it so well!

3 key messages from me last night that I would like to share:

1. Community; couldn't bring this together without the nominators, nominees, finalists, judges, sponsors, our team, and advocates from Charities, Business' and the Ministry of Defence. Adding to the narrative about the brilliance of our people and their families. Together championing success.

2. Soldiering On Awards is more than a ceremony and we have a programme of support for 3,6 and 12months to continue to elevate the life models and their achievements and great to see so many people get involved with mentoring, promoting, doing business, sponsorship, helping and sharing over the last 12mths.

3. There are two of the thirteen award categories that are public votes so please get voting. It is so important that we as both military and civilians get behind the positivity of the Armed Forces Community. I for one am so proud to be part the community and be part of the British Armed Forces.

Thank you again to all the sponsors and friends - more to come on the big night 24th April 2020 when all the finalists will be recognised again. Will post more photos soon!

It was really great to meet so many fantastic people last night and to catch up with some old faces that I haven't seen for a while.? Just a pity I didn't get to speak with everyone, I could have happily spent another 4 hours there chatting!?? Thank you so much for arranging this event, and look forward to catching up with everyone at the awards in April.? Best of luck to all the other finalists. www.thoughtify.co.uk? #thoughtify
