For starters, my daughter’s name means ‘analytical’ and her name reminds me of the one question she always asked as a kid – ‘Why’. Little did I realize, that this angelic daughter, would be an inspiration and a way to get though life’s complexities. I will also admit that one of my previous managers, who I enjoyed working with, helped me move from ‘Why’ to ‘So what’.
What we will do here is, understand what is ‘So what’, the power of it and some examples thrown in, which you will need to role-play to test the theory of ‘So What’.
PS – this is not exhaustive or end-all, but only an attempt to shape some of the thinking. Its applicable to both the highs and lows in life.
