Increasing Your Revenue by K. I. S. S. (keeping it simple, stupid).

Here are 3 (very) overlooked ways to increase your revenue... ??
Number 1: Work on increasing your "Average Customer Spend"
When someone purchases, they're in buying mode.
Think "would you like fries with that?" ??
What else could you offer to your customers, at checkout? Or when they sign off on a proposal?
What else could you offer, that would compliment / improve their experience further?
Offer an Upsell / Downsell / Cross sell... (Google each, if you're unsure what these are)
Don't overdo it though, look to make it a smooth transition from one 'offer' to the next...
Number 2: Have a "Remarketing" campaign running 24/7
Remarketing is when you follow peeps around the internet, after they've been on your website. ??
It is the CHEAPEST advertising you'll ever run.
Remind them to complete their purchase / make an enquiry.
Remind them of the benefits of what you provide & the problems you solve.
My current remarketing campaign delivers a trickle of new customers each day, at £4.86 each ??
(and it's vat deductible!)
Best platforms to run a remarketing campaign?
In my opinion - Facebook (yep, even if you're B2B).
Number 3: Practice "Loss Analysis".
Sounds fancy. It really isn't.
Loss analysis is the term given to: *Understanding why peeps didn't buy.*
Those proposals that didn't get the thumbs up...
That prospect that you've been emailing back and forth for 2 weeks, then goes cold...
Ask them why they didn't buy / commit / sign off.
Do this 10+ times with 10+ no's, and you'll probably see a pattern emerge (cost / timing / not suitable).
I automate this within MailChimp: asking peeps to complete a simple - anonymous - survey, telling me why they didn't buy.
You can then adapt your product / service / marketing / website / emails in order to AVOID those common reasons.
Answer / overcome objections earlier in the buying cycle.
You'll convert more prospects to customers in the process...
