Increased Testing = Increased 'Cases'? …CoVid-19 ….part 80

To err is human, but if you really want to screw things up, get the govt involved. My attitude lately has been sort of ho-hum. I go along with the masks to avoid fines and harassment.

Fortunately, I rarely have to wear them more than a few minutes a week. I pity the poor clerks in stores and field workers. I confess that, at our house, we have not gotten carried away with hand sanitizer. I abhor the stuff. I made up 2 bottles in the beginning and they have gone largely unused. We rely on scrubbing with soap and water.

That is a good habit anyway when returning from town. I started becoming suspicious when I asked the people I know working in close contact with the public if they knew of anyone in their offices or stores who was diagnosed. None.

I actually knew one relative, tested because he has a heart condition and is over 80. He said it was very mild and no big deal. In my experience, numbers have not been so high as to support the alarming headlines. If anything, some hospitals are struggling financially because people are canceling medical appointments and postponing surgeries.

One thing I found very interesting is that those over 65 are the least likely to schedule a medical appointment when they experience flu-like symptoms. I will suggest that, as a group, elders are more accustomed to dealing with routine illnesses and home care.

I can't say I have learned much about Covid -19. As usual, "the experts" have very little to contribute. Same old, same old. Just as you do for annual colds and flu... cover your mouth, sneeze into your elbow and wash your hands. This has been monotonously repeated over and over and nausea.

My greatest fear, now that we should soon fall below pandemic levels is that we will still be pressured to accept vaccinations. I worry about increased taxes to pay for the health scare--and riots.

Thinking about sneezing or coughing into one's elbow, that's a good way to torque your spine from the sudden jerking movement while twisting (and need a visit to the chiropractor). I hate that advice, and it wasn't even a "thing" when I was a kid (Gen X-er here), at least not where I grew up. There has to be a better way. about country dirt vs. city dirt! Makes sense, city dirt is much polluted.

In my neck of the woods all I can see is the closure of businesses and shops - many shops that have closed–

The bounce back that is predicted by some ignoramuses cannot take place when the spending power of the consumer has been so thoroughly trashed by Pharma greed and shortsightedness –

The Economic Collapse is now beyond "crystal ball" stage –

The fall out in human lives and suffering and MISERY is happening right now {although the media refuses to report on it} –

The submission and acquiescence of the citizenry to the coordinated and consolidated propaganda tsunami that watching the TV or following "News" reports, hijacks the public consciousness with, is daunting –

But human survival is at stake –

Human beings cannot take wrong turn after wrong turn and expect to survive as a species –

Basically, what Covid-19 propaganda proves is that humans are TOO STUPID to expect our planet to be able to continue hosting our collective existence –

Are we being told the truth?

Obviously not. But because this has become a political football, it's hard to determine who is telling the truth. However, there are people getting this disease and dying from it. It's these people we need to focus on rather than the numbers.

Thousands, perhaps in the hundreds of thousands, though we can't be sure if the numbers are g manipulated. We can't ignore this, and everyone will agree, this virus is very contagious and also that taking precautions can prevent its spread.

So, why keep beating the drum that the threat is exaggerated?

Maybe, and probably, it is. But it does threaten a segment of the population. What is needed is sensible and cautious reasoning about this disease. The lives of thousands of people are in the balance.

I have a question for the people who say the pandemic is real, there are no conspiracies, people are dying etc, and I respect your feelings because everyone has the right to their opinion...But...

How long do you think we should allow this virus to take over our lives?.

There has to be some sort of solution to keep mankind functioning and the world revolving.

What happens if this virus keeps affecting people for 5 yrs?

Do we keep cities shut down?

Do we keep the kids home from school?

Do people stay away from MDs out of fear, even though they are in need of medical care?

Would we be able to feed the masses who can no longer afford food, or even housing because of lack of work?

I think the governments have just so much money they can allot to their populations.

Do we risk further destruction of our societies, while we cringe and hide from our fear?

Whether this pandemic is real or conspiracy, there will be dire consequences if we give in to that fear completely.

I am starting to see far too many for rent signs in the windows of our local shops. Very depressing. Wear your mask, use antibacterial hand gels, and take your supplements, all the things that are recommended for your protection and safety.

Thank you …So far, many efforts to curb COVID-19 infection have proven to be ill advised.

Evidence shows the illness spreads mostly indoors, for example, casting doubt on the sanity of closing parks and beaches, especially during the summer. It's not insanity at all - because illness serves the for-profit medical-industrial complex.

Whatever is bad for health is good. Being told to stay indoors and wear a mask is just like being told to take an aspirin every day or to eat margarine instead of grass-fed butter.

Such advice is not intended to support good health. The purveyors of this kind of misinformation are evildoers, especially those who are titled authority figures, such as M.D.s and Ph.D.s who work on behalf of pharma.

Well, I’m sure there is a surplus of ventilators the rich still have to make their return on investment on. So of course Covid -19 cases are up.

It’s the law of supply and demand. When demand goes down cost of maintaining supplies goes up. But of course people. Just wish folks would stay away from hospitals altogether.

Every reporting and administrator gets a cut off the Covid -19 money pile. It’s only 2.2 trillion American because bucks. The Covid -19 thing will run out when the bucks do.

And we tax payers pay for liars to lie to us. Don’t need to fix stupid, because stupid will fix themselves right out of the gene pool.

Can’t breathe?

Stop eating sugar and gluten, and go exercise, take the dog for a walk, or go get one to walk. Go mow your 5 acre grass field with a push mower. Embrace the heat of the day, stay hydrated, and take breaks.

No need to worry about Covid -19 if you have heat injury. Go find some fresh air to breathe, and shoot your tv, Xbox or PlayStation whichever is playing CNN, etc. Never seen a warrior fight from a couch.

Want to add word or two?

I have a question- not bashing or praising or taking any stance on anything, just a straight up question.

What happens when you get a vaccine for something that your body already has naturally acquired immunity to?

Say you had the flu and recovered and then got a vaccine for the same strain of flu that you'd already recovered from?

I would say there is no simple answer. Everyone is different and is likely to have a different reaction. Some may be fine, some not. Also depends on the vaccine.

we also have an epidemic of homelessness, joblessness, poverty, broken economy and the coming economic collapse, suicides, all in the name of "protections" and "Safety". The media is so relentless it is an act of pure criminal violence. The malevolence, the fear,

An Antibody test is a Titer -- used to detect immunity. Which is a reason acceptable to the medical establishment to NOT vaccinate. - So why the hell are those numbers being lumped together with viral tests and spun as "cases”???

That alone is enough to make any thinking person question the entire spin.

It means the virus is doing its job of teaching our collective immune systems to reach herd immunity. Positive cases does not translate into COVID-19.

It means those who test positive have robust immune systems that have successfully fended off COVID-19.

Those folks are now immune.

Mark my word, will soon bear out the real truth of all of this. Don't let yourself be duped by the ignorant, money grubbing media.

Your comment ….?

Deaths in young people are so rare that if you investigate any disease under a microscope like this one you will be bound to hear many horror stories, including the common cold and flu.

That being said, Covid -19 is worse than both and I won't deny it.

My main concern is long term organ damage that they are claiming and also claim that your body cannot become immune to Covid -19 for more than a couple months.

Both claims need more research to debunk or prove I feel. I do feel with the moderate symptoms the disease probably will not bring about permanent organ or neurological damage in most people infected.

Some of the specific symptoms are loss of smell or taste, nasal obstruction, excessive mucus production, fever, cough and shortness of breath during COVID-19, and in severe cases pulmonary fibrosis

I might be wrong but here's a theory. All elective surgeries were cancelled during the pandemic and a lot of people were waiting to have their surgeries.?Then we started to open back up and they went to get those said surgeries. Naturally the hospitalizations went up. Has any one of you seen a person get sick and die of COVID -19? Statistics aside, when a loved one dies of COVID -19, as my brother did, their mortality risk is 100%, and the process of dying for him was horrendous, slow suffocation and nonstop suffering, which in his case, went on for three weeks. The problem with these conspiracy theories is that it gives people a false sense of security. And death isn't the only side effect of COVID -19. My friends in New York, with tested and confirmed cases, have been battling fatigue, uncontrollable coughing, heart issues, and diarrhea for months now, with no end in sight. Thank goodness we live in a society where we still have the choice to wear a mask and distance ourselves from others who think that COVID -19 is some Chinese or liberal plot. Thank goodness I can choose to wear a mask when I go out, and if I breathe a little stale air---well, it’s better than gasping and wheezing in a hospital bed, while my loved ones watch helplessly at home during scheduled video visits.
