Ladies, this is a very sensitive subject... 

We all want to have impact and use our influence in business meetings, don't we? I am quite sure you're not the exception. But here's the thing. There is one aspect we often overlook and it’s that one thing that can dramatically increase or undermine our influence. And... it has a lot to do with the way we look.

I am painfully aware that some ladies may not like this, but I want to start the conversation anyway. After all, as leaders, we shouldn't be shying away from sensitive topics or issues that trigger strong emotions in us.
