Increase in Productivity/Quality/On Time Delivery (OTD) performance Through Valuable Professional Opportunity To Serve

Dear all Manufacturers cum exports/domestic can utilize the utilities of my professional expertise of 40 years in the Leather goods/accessories manufacturing. I had found that most of the Companies are having this dept., functional for name sake only and after my intervention in so many units across India where the Company had found literally most important & I had set this dept., in a more valuable functional driving method & now the Organization came to know where they are standing when compared with their early processing method.

"INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING" means it is the real stem of the Production to drive into the right path of achieving what the Organization needs as per Customer requirement/satisfaction. It should be run through proper educating/training/both in theoretical and practical as well. This dept., had its more viable branches:

 1. TIME STUDY (both for Sampling & Production as per the article/style or product)

 2. METHOD STUDY

 3. LAY OUT SETTING

 4. MAN POWER PLANNING

 5. EFFICIENCY CALCULATION

 6. DOWNTIME RECORDING - FEEDING LOSS; MAINTENANCE LOSS; QUALITY; COMMERCIAL; TECHNICAL & PLAN

 7. NON VALUE ADDED OPERATIONS

 8. KAIZEN

 9. MONTHLY PLAN/QUARTERLY/HALF YEARLY/ANNUAL BASED ON TIME STUDY & EXISTING/AWAITING ORDERS

10. HOURLY MONITORING - IT IS A MUST, SO THAT PRODUCTION CAN CAME TO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE AS THEIR PLANNED TARGET SET.
