Decanter centrifuges are playing a major role in a process industries and are most sofisticated as well as the costly equipments .  This key equipments are known as the backbone of the process and the efficiencies /deficiencies of any process depends on the decanters. The operating and maintenance cost is very high and specially when the scrolls getting worn out and  there after frequent reconditioning that too with decreases the separation efficiency.

A new online sand/abrasive material removing system have been developed and can be fitted in the inlet feed line of the machine to separate sands/dust/dirt/heavy abrasive particles to stop erosion of the scrolls and directly increase its life by minimum five times.
