Daily Activity: As mentioned earlier in the Health and Fitness segment, it is essential to allocate one to two hours of screen-free time before bedtime to promote restful sleep and overall well-being. During this time, it is highly recommended to engage with family members, forging unbreakable bonds that defy imagination. If parents are away, even a two to five-minute daily conversation can make a significant difference. Check on their well-being, inquire about their meals, health, and medication. The same consideration should be extended to mother-in-laws, as fostering a positive relationship with them motivates spouses to do the same with their own fathers-in-law. If parents or in-laws are present, spending time conversing and sharing stories with them can create cherished moments. Additionally, caring for and playing with young children, involving activities like running around, feeding them, and putting them to sleep, strengthens the bond between parents and their little ones. While a child naturally gravitates towards their mother due to her role in their daily care, when a father actively participates in these responsibilities, the child's bond with their father grows stronger. For older children, involvement can be shown by taking an interest in their schooling, their peers, and providing guidance on choosing positive influences. Finally, it is essential to have at least one meal together as a family, where stories are shared, further cementing the unbreakable bonds between family members. If there is any spare time remaining, reading books can enhance knowledge and motivate children to study. Ultimately, the choice between spending one to two hours daily on mobile phones or television, which detrimentally affects our health, or dedicating that time to family, lies in each individual's decision.

3.1.2. Weekly Activity: Resting a little more on weekends to alleviate the pressures of the workweek may seem tempting, but maintaining a consistent sleep routine is crucial for overall health. Just as we brush our teeth for two minutes daily instead of spending fifteen to twenty minutes on it at the end of the week, the same principle applies to sleep. By prioritizing regular, adequate sleep, we free up extra time each week, which can be dedicated to strengthening family relationships. Regularly connecting with siblings and the extended family, including the spouse's brothers and sisters, fosters stronger family ties and friendships.

Within every household, four essential tasks must be undertaken: 1) sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the house, 2) doing laundry, 3) cleaning cooking equipment, and 4) cooking. While household workers may provide assistance in some cases, the primary responsibility usually falls on the homemaker. By actively supporting the spouse in these tasks every weekend, the rewards are immeasurable. I once read in a book that those who show disinterest or reluctance to partake in these responsibilities under the assumption that marrying means having someone else do these tasks actually misunderstand the true purpose of a partner. Instead, they desired workers, not life companions. When the head of the household cooks and serves the family for a day, the profound joy expressed by the children and the family is indescribable.

Likewise, it is important for the head of the household to extend sympathy and care to family members. Greeting them with a smile upon returning from the office, offering timely tea or coffee, and providing valuable opinions instead of obstructing family decisions are gestures that do not necessitate requests for sarees, stoles, or jewelry. The impact will be evident as these actions come naturally.

3.1.3. Monthly Activity: Sustaining family bonds can be achieved through a monthly family outing. Whether it's visiting nearby restaurants, parks, or shopping malls, these experiences contribute to the unity and strength of the family.

3.1.4. Yearly Activity: It is crucial to plan and embark on a trip with family members once every year, two years, or three years to a distant destination. Such journeys create intimate connections, sincerity, and expansive experiences among family members. Although these trips may require considerable financial resources, careful planning and saving in advance can make them feasible.

Furthermore, on festive occasions throughout the year, such as Eid, Puja, Pahela Baishakh, and Happy New Year, expressing greetings to close relatives through short mobile messages fosters stronger bonds and continued kinship. Additionally, leveraging these festive times for networking and enhancing professional relationships through text messaging is a valuable opportunity.

3.2. Friends: Selecting the right friends is paramount in life. As the saying goes, "Surround yourself with honest individuals, and you will experience heaven; surround yourself with dishonest individuals, and you will encounter destruction." Friends play a significant role in shaping our character, emotions, and habits as humans naturally tend to imitate. Therefore, we are continuously influenced by those around us, often without our conscious awareness. It is said that an individual's character is the average of the five people they spend the most time with. Thus, we must exercise caution when choosing our companions, considering who we walk, associate, and sit with. Moreover, by immersing ourselves in the autobiographies of successful individuals and envisioning them as friends, we can absorb their activities and traits, ultimately bringing their success closer to us.

In conclusion, nurturing our family and friend relationships requires deliberate effort and time management. By dedicating ourselves to fostering these connections, we build a solid foundation for a successful and fulfilling life.
