Pineapple peeler
16 pineapples per minute, ZTI removes the peel, crown, base and core to transform whole pineapples into finished products ready to package or further process. Driven blades do not apply force onto the pineapple, resulting in less juice loss and a longer shelf life.?
Citrus fruit peeler
After setting the desired thickness, skin is carefully removed along with the core and the fruit can even be ‘topped and tailed’. With a unique variable peeling thickness mechanism, you can determine the peeling thickness to reduce fruit loss and increase yield.?
Mango peeler
Holding the fruit by the stone, rather than gripping the skin and flesh, the peel is removed as if it were done by hand. With the ability to peel 4 mangoes a minute, machines can also be linked together for greater output. Increase shelf life, yield, quality and appearance of the fruit.?
