InConcept Labs: Navigating Success in 2023

As we reflect on our achievements in 2023, a year filled with challenges for both the IT community and Armenia, we are proud to highlight several significant successes in the face of adversity.

1. No Layoffs

Bid farewell to 2023 with InConcept Labs, proudly marking a year of resilience, growth, and notable achievements. Despite turbulent times, we emerged unscathed, prioritizing the well-being of our entire team, with no employees facing layoffs.

2. Becoming an AWS Official Partner

Our commitment to excellence, ongoing learning sessions, and certifications yielded remarkable results. InConcept Labs achieved a major milestone by becoming the first Armenian company to be recognized as an official AWS partner. This designation underscores our expertise and dedication to delivering top-notch solutions.

3. AWS GameDay Triumph

Our successes in the realm of AWS continued, with our team securing the top spot at AWS GameDay Armenia, a global event presenting real-world challenges. This was the first time AWS GameDay was organized, and despite tough competition from over 20 teams, including those from leading companies beyond Armenia, our team emerged victorious.

4. Investing in Talent - QA Internship

InConcept Labs proudly initiated and successfully executed a four-month internship program for budding QA specialists. Beyond training, we welcomed a new member to our team, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing talent and giving back to the community. 5. Internal Learning Initiatives

Learning is ingrained in our DNA, and this year was no exception. We organized several internal training and learning sessions to stay ahead of technical innovations. Some notable ones included:

. Kotlin multi-platform learning series for our Mobile team

. GEN AI and LLM learning sessions

. Integrating ChatGPT and other AI tools into our daily work

6. Events and Conferences

We strongly believe that our customers' growth is synonymous with our own. This year marked our team's third participation in the world's largest Construction Software EXPO in Las Vegas, proudly showcasing the product crafted by our team, which has experienced a remarkable 600% annual growth. By the way, we are actively preparing for WOC 2024!

7. Forming the InConcept Labs Charity Committee

An internal initiative directly from our staff led to the creation of our InConcept Charity fund. This fund periodically runs fundraising campaigns to support strategic initiatives in Armenia.
