This summer marks Windquest’s fifth year partnering with the GRow1000 program, an initiative started by City Manager Mark Washington to tackle pandemic-related challenges for youth ages 15 to 24. Over the years, GRow1000 has provided nearly 1,000 young people with meaningful job opportunities. We cherish our role in this program, as it not only allows us to support youth development but also brings our team fresh perspectives and new ideas.
