Inclusivity in Company: Should it be encouraged!!

It is a general notion that LGBTQ are not only troublesome in the workplace but they are also bad for business!!
If we talk about male, female or others, then what these 'others' is ; if we live in a democratic country then why don't we use Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender instead of others. Diversity doesn't mean including men, women and person from diverse ethnic and religious background, it also means that company can be benefitted while hiring them as employees and creating a great atmosphere for them. Even we find many workplaces who encourage inclusivity. Examples of company are Apple, Coca-Coca, Google, Hewlett-Packard and Walt Disney, Adidas
So, now the time has come, workplace should be inclusive for a sustainable growth.
