Representation is so important! Without real diversity in key leadership roles, talk about inclusion is mostly lip service. All leaders can help create "pathways of opportunity" – and for white men (like me), that can mean stepping aide to clear space for others to lead in different (and often better) ways. Thanks YPO for lifting up this critical issue. So many business networks and 'gurus' are stuck in the past and reinforcing problematic dynamics of privilege.

I fully agree. Inclusive thinking is an elementary skill that should be taught in B-school, or better even; it should be taught from primary school. It's only when inclusive thinking becomes natural, that we will be able to truly progress.
