I have found throughout my speaking career that if you research your audience's specific challenges, goals, and values you will deliver an impactful speech. As a strategic thinker; always tailor your message to meet the needs of your listeners, showing not only empathy but also relevance.
Motivational speaking can spark change and connect people across diverse backgrounds, but to make an enduring impact, it’s essential to be intentional and inclusive in your approach. When strategic thinking on diversity is woven into motivational speaking, the message becomes not only inspirational but also deeply relevant and accessible to a broader audience. Here’s how to use strategic thinking on diversity to create speeches that resonate, empower, and bridge differences.

This shows that my message is backed by evidence and appeals to both emotional and logical thinkers. And people remember stories so don't just give them the facts, stories are powerful.
