Join us for a thought-provoking LinkedIn Live Coaching Conversation on Tuesday 17 September, where Clare Manning will interview Ngozi Lyn Cole to explore the powerful role that coaching can play in fostering equity, diversity and inclusion
This event will focus on how coaching conversations can bring issues of inclusion out of the shadows and into the light, making a positive impact on both personal and professional levels and the choices we make as coaches to illuminate our own paths and those of our clients, helping to create a more inclusive world.

Ngozi Lyn Cole is an executive coach and leadership catalyst. In 2016, Ngozi was on the New View 50 list of most influential Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people working in the public sector. In 2020, she was on the Lloyds Banking Group Kindness and Leadership 50 Leading Lights List and in 2021, the Northern Health Science Alliance. Her deeply personal ambition on DEI is to leave the world a better place for future generations.

Ngozi Lyn Cole , joined the host of our Coaching Women series, Dr Julie Scanlon , last summer in a powerful, thought-provoking conversation discussing the importance of inclusion and diversity in coaching. Ngozi highlights the lack of representation and options for marginalized groups, emphasizing the need for coaches who can understand and relate to their clients' experiences: the value of truly seeing someone in a coaching relationship.
