Exactly, 15 years on - I'm still loving it.

I'm often asked how did I end up in L&D or Digital Learning. Well, one of my previous employers placed me in a coaching program for one year with this incredible Instructional Designer. At the time, Nikki had me working with stakeholders, designing courses Articulate Storyline 360 & video production, incorporating learning strategies, design principles, and project management.

I should also mention Ken Rowley, 2008 when at Tabcorp we won our first-ever Platinum Award for Best Bespoke Learning Solution this epic interactive animation eLearning Course for every pub, club, hotel staff in gaming. If Ken is reading this, flashback right!

That program was instrumental to my career progression. To pay it forward, years on, in collaboration with Marina Arshavskiy , we have started Ignite Digital Learning Program for those who want a career in Instructional Design or eLearning or maybe those who just want to learn more about it.??The program includes online courses, learning platform, templates and 8 group coaching sessions with Marina or me.
