Inch By Inch, It’s a Cinch. Yard by Yard? Way too Hard.

When it comes to transforming your body or brain, remember this:

You'll be tempted to go ALL in right away. Don't be. 

Make small (even easy) changes over time for life-long results.


So, if you want to drop 12 pounds of manboob and beer gut the key isn’t a 30-day celery juice until you poop your brains out cleanse…

The key is to attack the underlying habits that lead to weight gain in the first place.

But you can’t go from zero to 100 real quick…

Sustainable change takes time. We’re talking months, not days.

You’re better starting with small positive actions towards weight loss that seem too easy.


For example...

You’d be better off working out for 10 minutes 6x per week than 60 minutes one time per week.

You’d be better off eating a vegetable with each meal rather than going full-out vegan.

And you’d be better off with a practical sustainable plan than some 30-day challenge.

There are a lot of fitness charlatans out there right now preying on insecurities and making huge promises...but don’t be fooled.


Getting out of shape TOOK time. So will getting back into shape.

For long term success, you need to be consistent. And to be consistent, you need a sustainable approach to rebuild healthy habits.

Remember, Inch by inch and it’s a cinch. Yard by yard is way too hard.
