This large venue was warmed up with tufted lounge furniture that had lime green and purple pillows. Multiple tables that were shadow boxes and can be customized for each client of which this event there was petals from Hot Pink roses and Hydrangea (Color Fantasy) blossoms loosely within. The centerpieces were bark wrapped containers with Hydrangeas and Roses designed in a trio. White velvet rope stanchions were used to designate each of the Regional guests to mingle with their districts for the first portion of the Incentive Welcome Event and then opened up so all guests mingled and moved throughout for the second portion. Off in the distance Caterers Prep Stations were concealed by Graphic Walls.
