Incentive for 650 people

May is one of our favorite months to organize incentives because the Island offers us incredible weather for all kinds of activities. Just ask our group of 650 participants, who enjoyed a very complete and unique program with every detail designed for them!

Upon arrival to our Island, they were welcomed with a glass of cava at the airport. The transfers to the hotel were pleasant thanks to the explanations given by our local guides about the destination and upcoming happenings of the coming days.?

In the evening, a finger food was organized in the gardens of the hotel with spectacular sea views. The evening was entertained with live music by a local band.?

The following day, after an energetic breakfast, the participants were surprised with a wide variety of activities awaiting them to discover the hidden corners of the island.

The most adventurous opted for a jeep & cabrio rally, which included strategic stops: an old hermitage with spectacular views over the “Pla de Llevant” accompanied by a tasting of typical cheeses, a stop at the weekly market to stroll among its stalls and have a drink in the sun, a stop at a farm where they produce cereals and mallorcan sobrassada, as well as a stop at a very special olive grove. Given that teambuilding was also part of the incentive objective, the individual groups had to find clues to complete a questionnaire in their roadbook throughout the course of the activity in order to win the rally.?

Meanwhile, sea lovers enjoyed a ride aboard a catamaran and were able to stop for a swim and snorkel while the crew prepared a delicious barbecue.?

Other participants chose to either hike or cycle along the coast of a natural park and enjoy a picnic under the shades of a beautiful pine forest directly by one of the most paradisaic coves in the Mediterranean.??

Simultaneously, our team continued working on the program highlight and in the evening, we managed to present the WOW-factor with a spectacular gala dinner in an old Mallorcan estate. During the cocktail, the "Mallorcan dimonis" danced with our participants and showed them a little piece of our culture and traditional festivities. It was an authentic experience that without a doubt achieved a long-lasting memory. The dinner was then entertained by an internationally re-known band and afterwards... the party went on and they couldn't stop dancing.?

The next day it was time to say goodbye to the Island, but not before regaining strength with a typical brunch. For this, the best products were selected, such as sobrasada, camaiot, ensa?mada, coca de verduras, among others.?

And once the batteries were recharged and the farewell gifts delivered, we can only say... see you soon!
