Malabar Polytechnic College, Kottakkal, marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of it as a Cambridge Learning Partner (CLP) for IELTS & OET Training, in affiliation with Cambridge University. The event unfolded under the auspices of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), accentuating the institution's commitment to skill development and international education standards.

The inaugural ceremony commenced with the auspicious presence of Mr. Basheer Randathani, a distinguished figure whose dedication to education has been instrumental in shaping the academic landscape of the region. Mr. Randathani inaugurated the program, expressing optimism about the transformative impact it would have on the students' academic and professional journey.

The formal declaration of Malabar Polytechnic College as a Cambridge Learning Partner was executed by Mr. Aajay Thyagi, the Deputy General Manager of the Cambridge University, Press & Assessment Centre, NewDelhi. His declaration marked the initiation of a collaboration that aimed to provide world-class IELTS & OET Training, aligning with the globally recognized standards set by Cambridge University.

As the Chief Guest for the occasion, Mr. Nikhil Jos, Engagement Officer for Kerala and Lakshadweep at NSDC, brought a wealth of insights into the evolving landscape of skill development. His address emphasized the importance of international certification and proficiency in English language skills, especially in the context of today's globalized professional environment.

The program was presided over by Mr. Abdul Lathief, CEO of the Centre for Employment and Education Guidance (CEEG) in Kottakkal. The Welcome speech was delivered by Prof. V M Anwar Sadath, Principal, Malabar Polytechnic College, Kottakkal, and the Vote of Thanks was given by MK Usman , Head of Department in Civil Engineering.
