Replacing in-person with virtual meetings, small talks with chat messages, guided assistance to remote assistance - is a scale on which technology is measured nowadays, to breach into our daily lives and it has established itself, as an absolute necessity in the era of this great pandemic. Missing a sense of personal touch, yet somehow keeping you in your comfort zone, is what technology has achieved lately.
As coronavirus waves keep passing-by, the crowd keeps getting comfortable in not moving an inch out of their house, and yet they receive a pack of lunch, a bottle of milk and a new geeky smartphone ordered and available, right at their doorsteps. Unknowingly, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, has achieved an apex of positive momentum, with workers working from their home, virtually operating every machine running on their shop floors.
The pandemic technologies, have also highlighted international clients, their dependencies on Indian ingenuity and has, pushed them to provide higher promotions and paychecks for employee retention. This has helped employees to work from home, on a well-paid job, staying with their families without venturing out for food hunt. Importance of being off-site, has suddenly grabbed the limelight from being on-site. The more the technology breaches different fields non-invasively, that more prominent will be working off-site.
Also, after years, Indian entrepreneurs have started handling international companies so well, that almost every international MNC now, has at-least one Indian member on their board of directors. This further proves that offshoring to India is worth a shot and hence, further promotes that the Indian off-site is the new in-trend.
