A recent study found 8/10 Plan Sponsors believe their employees want guaranteed income investment options within their employer-sponsored plan. As Advisors, we have seen this from a front-line perspective as well. The planning gap between retirement and actual withdrawal from qualified plans has always been a challenge for Participants and Advisors.?
That same survey, from the Nationwide Retirement Institute, also found that 4/10 Plan Sponsors are considering adding guaranteed income investment options.??

Most state that their corporate clients are looking to improve their plans. The common barrier for Plans Sponsors is their lack of knowledge when it comes to these types of options.
